Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chipotle never disappoints for a quick & delicious Tex-Mex fix. The big Burritos are really 2 meals; IMHO perfect for sharing. & The outdoors seating is a nice touch on a sunny day. Parkings lot is a bit tight/crammed, so best be careful when backing up!

My chicken bowl was fine as I expected it. However the amount of rice in the bowl was much less than other Chipotles. The beans in the bowl were not cooked and were rock hard. The veggies got completed as she were serving the bowl and the next batch of veggies were raw and they just served that. Never coming back to this Chipotle again!

When I went, the staff was helpful and nice. They asked how I was doing, and worked quickly. The food portions were good although the seating was a bit limited. In addition to that the food itself was good except a little messy. The sharpie labeling the burrito leaked through a little, but not a big problem. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would go again.

Very Very Rude. New Manager needs to get trained on customer service. Asked veggies as side not in the Rice bowl for which she told “I am the Manager (Angel) and I decide not to give it as side”. The quantity is really low when compared with other Chipotle stores. These guys need to be grown up enough to understand the reality.

Terrible customer service. Everytime I go feels like a chore. I would never recommend going here.

Menu is limited to burritos or rice bowl built like a burrito. Or quesadilla. That's it. Choose white or brown rice, black or pinto beans, one of half dozen types of meat that all taste almost identical, maybe peppers and onions, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, and salsa. Additional Tabasco sauce is available too. But the ingredients are fresh and the food is tasty. They have several options for salsa style toppings, too. There usually is no wait here.

Helpful, friendly supervisor on duty on Saturday- very apologetic about the no salad due to the national tainted lettuce problem. Unfortunately the company is not allowing them to sub anything for the lettuce to make the salad. So I ended up getting a very small "bowl" little beans and some toppings. When I came to the register to pay, she apologised again and said my bowl is free today because of the no salad issue. Wow! That was amazing and definitely appreciated. My bowl wasn't as tasty, kinda dry, but they deserve 4 stars because of the great guest service provided! Thank you!If you're in the area definitely stop in for a quick, delicious Mexican meal. Snack indoor dining area as well as a nice patio to enjoy the sunshine! Free parking, convenient location with a Chase bank next door and Crossroads Mall right beside, lots of places and buses close.

It has gotten so ridiculous regarding the portion size I think i will stop visiting Chipotle. Use to go 4-7 meals per week no more. The fat girl who works there....the one whos been working about 5 years fir chipotle is the worst. Went to Factoria location and got a properly portioned one for dinner. It actually had meat and weighed twice as much as Amna from crossroads made me for lunch

This place is terrible. I got the last of the chicken which was not a full serving, but the staff was just too lazy to get me more cause a new batch was not finished being cooked. So instead I asked for Tofu, and then they told me they are out of that. Next I ask for a lime or lemon wedge and they said, sorry that only comes with margaritas. I offered to pay for the lemon and lime wedges and they still said no. This place is pathetic and I'll never come back here again. Qdoba it is 🙄

I really enjoy the fresh food and great value I get at Chipotle. The options for gluten-sensitive vegans like myself are terrific! The service is always great.

This is the best Chipotle location in the area, when you count factors like how clean the counter is and how fresh the food is.

Portion size is way less for a bowl. It happened to me 4 times. Guess it is same with other customers too. U have to ask each and every item to put more or a right quantity.. please look into this whoever the branch manger is. Not good

This is the worst branch. Food is good, but customer service is terrible. I ordered a veggie online and it did not include guacamole at all. When I called, the person said that he can give me a scoop of guacamole. This is completely a joke. My time and gas are worth more than that. Why they cannot provide correct service to begin with. In addition, the rice is not cooked enough. This store is not even worth one star rating.

Good place to get food fast. Very clean and nice ambiance.
